From proteomics research to clinical use

Research and development are of central importance to Thermo Scientific B·R·A·H·M·S Biomarkers. Continuous product determination and the development of new, innovative markers ensure the company’s lasting success. In recent years a number of new biomarkers and potential substances in various areas of indication have been identified and patented in the course of basic research. The focus of our  research is currently on the areas of indication of infectious and cardiovascular diseases.

Initial results demonstrate great potential for the markers MR-proANP, MR-proADM, CT-proAVP and CT-proET-1.
