Clinical indication

The B·R·A·H·M·S PAPP-A KRYPTOR test is an automated immunofluorescent assay for the quantitative determination of the concentration of PAPP-A (Pregnancy Associated Plasma Protein A) in human serum. The B·R·A·H·M·S PAPP-A KRYPTOR test is indicated as an aid to be used in conjunction with clinical evaluation for non-invasive risk assessment of fetal trisomy 21, 18, and 13, and to assess the risk for developing pre-eclampsia in first trimester in pregnant women.
